The Piana del Sele semi-dried yellow Datterini in oil are extraordinary tomatoes that combine the extreme sweetness of the summer sun with low acidity. Ideal for stuffing focaccias, they are served as an accompaniment to antipasto.
Distinguished by a flavour that is never acidic, they are excellent on bruschetta, particularly pleasant with the addition of some spices.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
