It is a perfect accompaniment for meat, but also a cheese dish. It can also be used as a topping for pasta, or a vegetarian pizza, although it is usually enjoyed as a side dish.
It is an intriguing mix of flavours and textures. The sweetness of the sultanas, the crunch of the pine nuts and escarole ribs and the softness of the leaves.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
