It is a real bombshell of meatiness and disruptive taste. In this peeled tomato there is all the Mediterranean goodness of the oblong tomato that withstands long cooking. Characterised by low acidity, it confirms its convincing flavour even in dishes with complex recipes.
With its personality it lends itself to supporting structured dishes such as Ragù Napoletano, remains compact but yielding on Pizze Margherita and Napoletana, ideal for Sughi alla Pizzaiola or long cooking sauces in general.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
