To strengthen its governance systems and provide itself with an instrument to guarantee legality, transparency and correctness in all its business activities, Finagricola Soc. Coop has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (‘Model 231’).

Model 231 consists of an organic set of principles, rules and procedures for the management and control of business processes, governed by the Management Systems the organisation has adopted.
