Seasoned according to the traditional Mediterranean recipe, aubergines cut into fillets and dipped in extra virgin olive oil have a tasty flesh, particularly appreciated for their meaty texture and delicate flavour.
They are a ready-made side dish to keep in the pantry, very simple and appetising. Superlative on bruschetta, in creative salads or with cold pasta.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) making sure the product is always covered by the preserving liquid.
