Red peppers are born from the boiling sun of the Sele Plain from which they take all the red of its intense glow. Thanks to their preservation in extra virgin olive oil, they can be tasted semi-dried, in their crunchy texture.
With their strong flavour, they are also perfect for excellent hors d’oeuvres.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
