The tenderness of the turnip tops and their rich flavour goes well with bruschetta, to season an excellent pizza, to accompany fried salt cod or grilled meat dishes.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
