It should be drained of its preserving liquid. Sweet and tasty, good to eat even without cooking, it can be used to prepare raw kebabs, or in combination with mozzarella and basil. Or cooked alternated with vegetables, shellfish and various ingredients.
It is also ideal for garnishing and flavouring small snacks and finger-food.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once the container has been opened, if not used completely, store in the fridge (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
